Ingredients :-

1 cup water.

1 cup milk.

2 teaspoons sugar.

1 teaspoon tea powder.

5-6 crushed cardamom pods.

1 inch grated ginger.

Pinch of cinnamon powder.

Procedure :-

  1. First pour 1 cup water in a sauce pan. Bring it to boil at medium flame.
  2. When water start boiling add grated ginger and crushed cardamom. Let it boil for 1 minute.
  3. Then add tea powder, sugar and cinnamon powder in boiling water. Allow it to boil for next 4-5 minutes till mixture get nice aroma and black color of tea powder.
  4. After 5 minutes pour 1 cup milk in the same. Lowers the flame. Bring it to boil. When tea starts boiling do not turn off the flame. Keep it to boil for next 1 minute. After that masala tea recipe is ready to serve.

Serving Method :-

Pass masala tea from strainer. Pour in a serving cup. Serve hot beverage masala chai in the morning with biscuits.
