1 cup fine semolina.
1 cup rice flour.
2 finely chopped onions.
6-7 finely chopped green chillies.
1 teaspoon red chilli powder.
1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
Few coriander leaves.
- Take one large mixing bowl. Add semolina, rice flour and salt to taste in it. Pour around 3 cups of water in the same. Stir it in. It has to very pouring consistency of batter. Check it by ladle. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
- On hot pan apply some oil. Add baking soda in that dosa batter. Mix it gently. Then pour batter on pan in round shape. Make a thin dosa. Do not pour too much batter. Otherwise dosa will not be crispy and light.
- Spread some finely chopped onion, green chillies and coriander leaves on top side of the dosa. Sprinkle pinch of red chilli powder as well. Let it cook at low flame till becomes crisp.
- Once done fold it. Remove in a plate. By this way make remaining onion rava dosas.
