Mostly snack recipes included kabab, cutlets and pockets. There is tradition to serve these snacks with vegetarian dips. There are various types of dips such as tomato chutney, green chutney, imli chutney or coconut chutney etc. Today I shared the easy one but chatpata green chutney recipe.
Lots of coriander leaves are used in green chutney. We used the mint leaves for more taste. Green chutney goes nice with kabab, parathas, vada or cutlets. Serve the green chutney with poha cutlets recipe and samosa recipe. I am fan of it. Give a second and try at home. Reply us.
1 & 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves.
4-5 mint leaves.
2 cloves of garlic.
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed powder.
1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
1 tablespoon coriander seeds.
3-4 green chillies.
Salt to taste.
- Take your mixer jar. Add all coriander leaves.
- Then add mint leaves, garlic cloves, sesame seeds, cumin seed powder, coriander seeds and green chillies. Close the jar with lid. Grind it for few seconds.
- Now open the lid of jar. Add salt and black salt as per taste. Add little bit water. Close the lid. Again grind it 2-3 minutes till turns into smooth paste.
Serving Method :-
